I don't know how this place has 4 stars. The place is ok, the food looks old. The lowmei noodles look like they were bleached/discoloration , crew use the same utensils from shrimp tray to the broccoli beef . The chicken is cut with scissors over and over. Not even swamped out. The owner comes out from kitchen in tanktop and flip flops with messy hair. I definitely would not recommend , have someone go in there or go back at all.

Was excited to try a new Chinese fast food take out place close to my house. The restaurant is hidden in the back part of a small corner mall. Got there around 2:00 and the food was pretty picked over.
Got the eggplant and tofu (not recommended), the orange chicken, and noodles. The meal had very little flavor and I was expecting a bit more as the average rating is 4/5 stars on yelp.
Sorry to say I'm not a fan. -

Good food and economical. Ordered off menu instead of buffet. Chef used only breast meat at my request. Tangerine chicken was fabulous.

We often get catering from here for work because it's like the only decent Chinese place around El Segundo and it's very affordable. Unlike Panda Express, their portions here are generous. The parking can be tricky as the restaurant is in a small plaza with other shops and parking is limited. It helps if you speak Chinese to order, but either way the boss lady, May, is super friendly. My Chinese isn't great so I mostly used English to order on the phone for catering and I had no trouble.
4 stars for the catering because its freshly cooked, but I'm not sure about the regular lunch specials. Since the food is already prepared, common sense is to go at peak hours so the food is fresh. If you really want something off the menu, ask if they can make it and they just might make a whole new batch. The fish filet with black bean sauce was a favorite in our recent catering order. Other favorites are the veggies with tofu, sauteed green beans, and chicken wings.
